Biography:
1998 - 1999 participant to the «School of contemporary art» by Avdey Ter-Oganyan.
2000 - 2005 participant to Radek Community - group of artists, activists, authors - within which he took part in various actions and initiatives
2002 - present participates to the shows in Russia and Europe personally, as well as collaborates to the other artists.
2012 - publication of Valery Chtak’s catalogue of works “Bits of truth”
2012 - Nomination for INNOVATION Prize2015 Valey Chtak’s artworks and film design in film “Rug Union”
2016 - entered the Top 10 of the top 20 artists rating according to artguide.com
2016 - entered the rating “Top-10 +1 and 50: the most notable young artists” according to The Art Newspaper Russia
2017 - entered the Russian investment artistic rating 49ART
